Reporting
Overview
The eSight Reporting module provides a standard set of report templates which may be viewed on an ad hoc basis.
Users may select which company, sites and metering channels upon which the report will be run. For example a single report may be run against different areas of your organisation.
In addition, reports may be automatically scheduled for automatic production and distribution by email.
Report Templates
eSight includes a range of report templates which are split into different categories of reporting techniques. Each category contains a selection of reports which focus on different areas of your organisation’s energy data.
Reports have been designed to provide the information you require at a glance, presented in a professional management style report.
The standard set of reports may also be extended using the eSight Report Designer if required, so that users are not limited to the selection provided with eSight as standard.
Report Scheduling
The eSight report scheduler provides a quick method of scheduling reports to be delivered to one or more users via email. This functionality is available for both report templates contained within the eSight Reporting module, as well as reports configured within the Energy Analysis module.
Report Designer
The eSight Report Designer is a separate tool which may be used to configure report templates. Once complete, the templates may be uploaded to the eSight Reporting module and either run or scheduled for automatic distribution via email.
The eSight Report Designer enables users to configure reports of varying complexity which may include corporate logos, page header or footer and combinations of tables and graphs.
The reports may even include items such as a table of contents or sub-reports.
This tool means that if the standard set of reports available within the eSight Reporting module do not meet your requirements you can use the eSight Report Designer to create your own custom reports as necessary.
