Production Data

Overview

eSight provides the ability to monitor data from any fuel or unit type for both half hourly and non half hourly data. In addition to this, eSight also provides a range of options for the manual or automatic import of data used in calculating site efficiency, including production data.

Within eSight, data may be setup to import in a range of user definable unit types. eSight includes a number of standard unit types, with the option to add user defined types.

Data from production systems and other business systems can also be imported into eSight to allow comparison of energy with production volumes, footfall or hotel guests etc.

Data may be manually entered or automatically imported from a range of hardware or business systems. eSight Energy offers both standard products for the extraction of this data, as well as consultancy for custom extraction from customized or specific production systems.

eSight includes standard reports which are frequently utilised by site or operations managers in the calculation of performance. These include regression analysis, deviation, specific energy consumption and other powerful efficiency reporting methods.

The suite also offers calculated or “virtual” metering options which allow users to configure “virtual” meters which may be used to aggregate data, calculate fuel to steam efficiency or other performance related calculations. Once created, a calculated meter may then be treated as a normal “physical” meter within eSight and used to create graph or report data as standard.

The range of available options ensures that no matter the nature of your monitoring or reporting requirements, the eSight suite offers a solution.
