Overview
The Emissions Trading module provides complete management of the emissions reporting process in line with the EU ETS (Emissions Trading Scheme).
eSight provides the ability to record a site’s carbon allowance, calculate emissions to date and record the sale or purchase of allowances.
Emissions Management
eSight Emissions Trading enables the full management of the emissions process in line with European EU ETS legislation.
Each step of the emissions process is handled in a user friendly process which enables recording and management of :
- Carbon allowances on a site by site basis
- Budgeted usage for the forthcoming year
- Trades made on the open market
- Any adjustments which need to be made
This information is calculated automatically by eSight based on collected meter data within the system. eSight is then able to provide an accurate total of predicted and current carbon consumption YTD.
The module also provides the user with emissions summary and verification process reports which may be used in the yearly verification process.
