Supplier Bid Management

Critical to selecting and negotiating the lowest supplier contract rate for your organisation, is an understanding of how the contract will fit within your organisation’s consumption patterns.

eSight enables multiple proposed contract rates to be compared against previous years consumption data. Users can generate a report on the breakdown of rate costs and identify the optimum contract to suit individual requirements.

Bids received from suppliers are managed centrally which provides a single point of reference for many different contract structures.

Winning contract rates may be applied to the relevant site or metering information within eSight once a contract decision has been finalised, thus simplifying the tariff update process.

This module is particularly useful for facilities management and consultancy companies where bid management needs to be conducted on behalf of large numbers of clients.
